Mbale city has been thrown into deep sorrow after a well-known Ugandan DJ, MC Gavin, lost his life in a violent attack carried out by his girlfriend, who later took her own life.

The shocking events happened outside a bar on Wednesday night after what witnesses described as a heated argument. The fight is believed to have been about accusations of cheating. Eyewitnesses say the girlfriend pulled out a knife and stabbed MC Gavin in the neck. The DJ collapsed as people around screamed in panic.
