Gloria Bugie Says She Is One of the Most Booked Artists in Uganda
Ugandan artiste Gloria Bugie believes her music has struck the right chord with fans and continues to grow stronger every day. The songstress says her songs are not just being listened to but deeply felt by people who have formed an emotional bond with her performances.
In an interview, Bugie boldly revealed that she is among the most-booked artists in Uganda at the moment. She explained that her schedule is so full that she sometimes has to decline shows just to rest. “I am fully booked and overwhelmed. We actually turn down some shows because I have to rest. You know I have the numbers; people cry whenever I perform, so I’m needed everywhere,” she said.

According to Bugie, one of her most touching experiences is seeing fans shed tears during her live performances. She says this is proof that her music carries emotion and meaning. “People have cried when watching me perform, and that gives me immense joy to be loved to that extent,” she explained.
Beyond the fame, Gloria Bugie has also found herself in the spotlight for very many personal reasons. Her recent body transformation through a BBL procedure has kept her in the gossip news, but she insists that her focus remains on her career and achieving big dreams like winning a Grammy Award.
The Nyash singer strongly believes that her future is bright and that Uganda will one day celebrate her on the world stage. “I want to represent Uganda beyond its borders. I want to win a Grammy Award as I promised, so I want people to appreciate me worldwide, just as I am appreciated here at home,” she said with determination.
