Ugandan Star Alien Skin Confirms He Is an Arsenal Fan

Ugandan musician Alien Skin, born Patrick Mulwana, has opened up about his relationship with English football, revealing that he is a long time supporter of Arsenal Football Club, even though his passion for the team has cooled in recent years.

Football remains one of the most followed sports in Uganda, cutting across age, profession, and social status. From taxi parks to television studios, debates about the English Premier League are part of everyday conversation. Musicians are no exception. Many local artists proudly associate themselves with particular clubs and often join fans online to celebrate wins or exchange playful banter after losses.

Several Ugandan stars, including Azawi, Ykee Benda, Rickman, and Bebe Cool, have previously spoken openly about the teams they support. Alien Skin, however, says his connection with Arsenal has not been as active lately.

Speaking during an interview on Galaxy TV, the Fangone Forest singer admitted that he stepped away from closely following the club. He explained that it has been a long time since he last watched an Arsenal match and that he is no longer familiar with the current squad.

“I am an Arsenal fan, but I do not know any of the players there now,” Alien Skin said. “I took a break from supporting it because it has taken a long time without winning trophies.”

Despite his frustration, Arsenal’s recent form may give fans like Alien Skin something to smile about again. The North London club has been performing strongly this season, leading the Premier League table and putting up competitive displays in Europe, which has renewed hope among supporters that a major trophy could finally be within reach.
