I Spend 2 Million Uganda Shillings Daily – Gloria Bugie

Ugandan musician Gloria Bugie is not shy about the cameras, and she never misses a chance to create conversations whenever she shows up in public. This time, the Nyash singer has set the internet wagging after revealing just how much she spends every day.

In an interview with a local YouTuber, Gloria Bugie said she spends about two million shillings daily to keep up her glamorous lifestyle. She explained that most of her money goes into spas, food, fuel, and clothing. To make matters even more surprising, she admitted that she buys new clothes every single day and never repeats them.

“I spend a lot on spas, food, fuel, and I even pay a chef,” she said. “Then there’s clothing because I change clothes daily. It’s so hard for us female musicians because we spend a lot to maintain this high-end lifestyle.”

Gloria Bugie confessed that one of the reasons she avoids wearing the same outfit twice is fear of being mocked for a wardrobe malfunction by fans or the media. For Bugie, the pressure of staying on top is real, and it comes with a heavy price tag.

She also added that her expenses sometimes go even higher when she travels for business related to her music. She believes that this is the sacrifice female artists have to make if they want to remain relevant in a competitive industry.
