MUKONO – Uganda’s property market has welcomed a new entrant following the launch of Twilight Living Estate, a residential project being developed by Mushana MCS.
The estate, located in Katosi, Mukono District, sits on elevated ground with wide views of Lake Victoria and is less than an hour’s drive from Kampala. Designed to provide both comfort and natural beauty, the development is expected to appeal to professionals, families, and investors looking for long-term returns.
During the launch of the project, Mushana MCS chief executive Janson Mugabe highlighted the company’s ambition to set higher standards in the real estate industry.
“Our goal is to create homes that are not only modern, but also accessible to Ugandans who dream of better living,” he said.
Mr Mugabe, a businessman from Kanungu, has steadily built Mushana MCS into a fast-growing company. Observers say the estate could become a model for future housing projects in Uganda, particularly as the country grapples with a shortage of decent and affordable homes.
The colourful event was attended by Mushana members, entrepreneurs, and potential buyers, many of whom described the project as a vote of confidence in Uganda’s real estate future.
