But Fyno clarified that the arrest itself did not happen that evening. Instead, it came later, during a rescheduled performance, after a fresh disagreement prompted someone to call in the police.
“When I reached, police bundled me up and locked me at Kyengera Police Station, but it’s all sorted now,” Fyno said, addressing the incident directly and putting to rest weeks of speculation about what led to his brief detention.
The singer’s account suggests the situation grew out of a straightforward scheduling conflict that escalated once tempers flared a second time, rather than any single dramatic confrontation. By his telling, the matter has since been resolved, though he did not elaborate on what steps were taken to settle the dispute with the promoter or how long he spent in custody.
